Multivitamin Blend

The formula includes vitamins A, D3, E, K1, C, B1, B2, B6 and B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin; choline; the minerals calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, sodium and potassium; and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). Amounts per 100 g are listed on the label.

Ingredients

Whey protein isolate, L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine, soy lecithin, artificial sweetener and flavour, gum blend (cellulose and xanthan gum), enzymes (papain and lactase).

Allergens: contains milk and soy.

Directions

Mix one scoop (32 g) with 180 to 240 mL (6 to 8 fl oz) of cold water, milk or another beverage in a shaker bottle or glass. Shake or stir until completely dissolved. Take after workouts or between meals.

Instantised with lecithin for quick, smooth mixing. Sold by weight, not volume: some settling of the powder may occur during shipping and storage, so the tub can appear less than full.
